Mrs. Fitch began her professional real estate career in 2001 in New York, specializing in multi-family, mixed-use sales and leasing. She received comprehensive training in all facets of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, new construction, commercial leasing, large-scale property management, and liquidation sales. As she advanced in her career, Sara was recruited by The Solomon Organization to oversee the management and construction rehabilitation of three apartment communities in Albany, NY, while also maintaining her license with Remax Premier, an independent real estate firm in the Capital District.
At the completion of the projects for The Solomon organization, Sara went on to work via contract for Merchant Development Companies out of California. Though she was based out of the Greater Metro NYC area, Mrs. Fitch traveled the entirety of the greater east coast for the merchant builds, property management and sales of the massive, luxury apartment buildings that were being built, marketed and sold under her expertise.
In mid-2012, Sara relocated to the northern part of the Capital District and joined a local branch of a national real estate firm, Select Sotheby’s International Real Estate. She continued her focus on commercial real estate while also venturing into the rapidly expanding new construction residential market. Having successfully completed multiple transactions with prestigious, award-winning builders and a large number of single-family resales, Mrs. Fitch decided to further pursue her passion for development and commercial real estate. In November 2017, she co-founded Fitch Real Estate with her husband.
Introducing Fitch Marketing to support the Real Estate Firm’s vision in 2020 helped elevate both companies to new heights. Fitch Marketing expanded into a global brand, while Fitch Real Estate gained national recognition, experiencing award-winning growth and establishing a strong presence across the Greater East Coast. This collaboration not only fueled their success but also positioned both brands for continued growth and prominence in their respective industries.
As a highly accomplished and results-driven professional, Sara brings extensive expertise in business management, training, operational optimization, client relations, and revenue growth. Her relentless drive and strategic vision led her to partner once again with her husband in 2022 to launch Fitch Consulting, further expanding their impact and commitment to delivering exceptional business solutions.
