Her professional journey began in New York in 2001, where she built a reputation in commercial real estate—specializing in multi-family and mixed-use properties, acquisitions, leasing, and development. This early chapter provided Sara with deep, hands-on experience in managing complex projects, overseeing property rehabilitation, and leading cross-functional teams. From large-scale apartment builds on the East Coast to high-end residential transactions, she consistently delivered results in high-pressure, high-stakes environments.

In 2017, Sara co-founded Fitch Real Estate, followed by the launch of Fitch Marketing in 2020—an integrated brand agency that quickly expanded into a global presence. These ventures not only elevated her reputation as a visionary entrepreneur but also laid the groundwork for her transition into broader business consulting.

In 2022, Sara officially pivoted into full-time consulting with the launch of Fitch Consulting, a growing consulting firm that brings strategic insight and hands-on expertise to businesses across industries.
